This thoughtfully designed home provides a welcoming space for those looking to rent in one of New Braunfels most accessible areas. This three bedroom, two and a half bath home comfortably accommodates up to four people. The fourth bedroom offers optional flex space for home office or guest. The open-concept living spaces feature plenty of natural light and modern touches throughout.

The living room, right off the entrance, offers a cozy setup with a sofa, area rug, and Smart TV. The separate den provides additional lounging space with a sectional couch, wall mounted TV, built-in desk, fireplace, and sliding glass door that opens to the outdoor area. The adjacent dining area seats four and connects seamlessly to the fully equipped kitchen, which features updated appliances and bright natural light, perfect for everyday cooking or entertaining.

Each of the three main bedrooms has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, dressers, ceiling fans with lights, and ample closet space. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk in  shower and large vanity, while the second bathroom, located between the second and third bedrooms, offers a tub-shower combo and plenty of storage. The fourth room includes a twin bed, desk, ceiling fan, and an attached half bathroom, making it ideal for a home office or quiet retreat.

Outside, enjoy a private deck with patio furniture with TV  overlooking a beautiful green space. The home includes a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and an extra fridge, plus keyless entry for added convenience. One covered parking space and a long driveway. Small, well-trained dogs under 25 pounds are welcome (no cats) (no aggressive breeds).

You'll be within walking distance to Landa Park and just minutes from downtown shops, cafes, and restaurants. Nearby attractions include Schlitterbahn Waterpark, the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers, and the Gruene Historic District. H-E-B, Target, and local grocery stores are all close by. Several well known hospitals, including Christus Santa Rosa Hospital and Resolute Health Hospital, are also nearby.
